1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all purchases made through this website.
The products offered are designed and manufactured by Additive Solutions Lasse Hagenow, located in Germany.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

All products are 3D-printed using industrial-grade PETG.
Due to the nature of 3D printing, small surface variations or layer marks may occur and are not considered defects.
Product renders and photos are for illustration purposes only — slight differences in texture or color may appear in the final product.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, if applicable.
Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions and to refuse orders if necessary.

4. Shipping

Products are manufactured to order and usually ship within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs and delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Delays may occur depending on order volume or postal service conditions.

5. Returns and Refunds

Each product is made individually, therefore returns are accepted only if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective, or

• The wrong product was delivered.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos if applicable.
After review, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

6. Usage and Liability

Tool holders contain strong N52 magnets. Magnetic strength and performance depend on the mounting surface material and thickness.
Users must ensure proper installation and safe usage.
Additive Solutions Lasse Hagenow assumes no liability for any damage to tools, surfaces, or equipment caused by improper installation, misuse, or negligence.

7. Warranty

Products include a 6-month limited warranty covering material and manufacturing defects.
This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, modification, or exposure to excessive heat or impact.

8. Intellectual Property

All product designs, text, and images on this website are the property of Additive Solutions Lasse Hagenow.
They may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany.
