1. Processing Time

All products are made to order using high-quality 3D printing.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–10 business days after payment is received.
During busy periods or large order volumes, processing times may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
We currently ship within Germany and to selected EU countries.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

3. Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery time depends on the destination and postal carrier:

• Germany: 2–4 business days

• EU countries: 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

4. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
