Return & Warranty Policy

1. Overview

We take pride in the quality of our 3D-printed products.
Each item is individually made with industrial-grade PETG and inspected before shipping.
If you experience an issue related to material or manufacturing defects, we’ll make it right.

2. Warranty Coverage

All products come with a 6-month limited warranty starting from the delivery date.
This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Material flaws

• Structural failures caused by normal use

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, impact, heat exposure, or modification

• Magnetic strength variations due to surface material or installation method

• Cosmetic imperfections typical of 3D printing (e.g., layer lines, slight surface texture differences)

3. Returns and Replacements

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may ask for photos or a short description of the issue to verify the defect.

Once approved, you can choose between:

• A replacement item, or

• A full refund of the product price (excluding shipping).

Return shipping instructions will be provided upon approval.

4. Return Conditions

• Returned items must be in their original condition.

• Unauthorized returns or items damaged through misuse cannot be refunded.

• Shipping costs for non-defective returns are not refundable.
